Vitamin C is an essential part of a balanced diet and is found in various foods. Fortunately, you can also buy vitamin C online from various stores. Read here about some food that contains vitamin C.

Fruits:

Aside from being an excellent immune system booster, fruits contain large amounts of vitamin C. Eat at least one cup of oranges or cranberries a day to reap the benefits. Many other fruits and vegetables are loaded with vitamin C. Apples, oranges, sweet lime, guavas, and strawberries are just a few examples. Citrus fruits are especially high in vitamin C. You can also include broccoli, kale, peas, and guava in your diet.

Dietary supplements:

Fortunately, there are several sources of vitamin C. The best sources are fruits and vegetables. While citrus fruits and tomatoes are the largest contributors to the vitamin content in the diet, you should also eat broccoli, strawberries, Brussels sprouts, and cantaloupe. However, if these foods don’t have enough vitamin C in them to meet your needs, you can always purchase a dietary supplement.
