Different Foods That Contain Vitamin C

Vitamin C is also essential for the absorption of iron. It is found in red and green peppers, lychee, and papaya, among many other foods.

100 grams of Scotch kale contain 2.8 grams of protein, which is 6% of your daily requirement. Scotch kale contains both fat and water-soluble vitamins, ensuring a healthy body and vital organs. Vitamin B3 is an important antioxidant, and its content in one hundred grams is equivalent to 7% of your daily recommended allowance for an adult. Vitamin B5 is an important stress reducer and helps with stamina. It also serves as a synthesis agent of numerous components and has a wide array of health benefits.
